From the mine going into production, we have maintained a presence in doing geotechnical and water well drilling. AGM has continued contracting us to do some exploration drilling in and around the pit as well as a few outlying areas.
In 2012, we drilled an estimated 8000 meters of mineral exploration at the Omai Mine, which was owned by Mahdia Gold.
In 2010, we were contracted by Mammoth Minerals (Riva Gold) and project lead, Mike Cawood, at Hicks Mine, to conduct mineral exploration drilling for gold. We worked in North West, Honey Camp, and drilled an estimated meterage of 8,000 meters.
In 2000, we were subcontracted by GNIC Guyana to drill shallow water wells in various locations.
Working with Harza Engineering in 2000, we conducted geotechnical drilling to provide samples to test for the viability of dam and supporting infrastructure construction.
Starting in 1996 and continuing to the present day, we conduct geotechnical and mineral exploration drilling for Aurora at Guyana Goldfields and Aranka Gold at Puruni, drilling a total of 250,000 meters.
Guygold.com has the documented history of progress of exploration drilling and development of their mine on their site.
From 1995 to 1998, we drilled for Golden Star Resources at Fox Creek, Eagle Mountain, and Makipa, with a total drill meterage of 20,000 meters.
Between 1995 and 1997, we completed with Glen Atwood three projects for Coeur de Laine Mines: two at Groete Creek and one at Arakaka. Total drill meterage was 5,000 meters.
Contracted in 1995, we completed diamond drilling with a drill-meterage of 1,500 meters. The project was in Guyana’s Northwest Mining District and was funded by Can Arc. Ianna and Mariwa.
In 1994, we worked with Western Premium Resources with John Chapman and Bob Wright to conduct mineral exploration drilling at Greote Creek, with a total meterage of 2,000 meters.
